Help/ Frequently Ask Questions

Do the leads have phone numbers? What about National Do Not Call List issues?

Record Information Services appends phone numbers, if available, to all leads every two weeks. This means that the most current week's data will NOT have phone numbers. The hit rate or percentage of phone numbers append is 35-60%.

Record Information Services is National Do Not Call List compliant. Any leads that have phone numbers are matched against the government Do Not Call List. If a lead and the phone number match a phone number on the DNC list, Record Information Services does leave the phone number field populated but Flags the DNC field with 'Y' and a date & time stamp.
