am writing to let you know how much I appreciate
the new version of Shark Bait.
There
are so many improved features, it is almost impossible
to pick my favorite, so I will name a few.

The
new interface is so attractive, and so easy
to use.

The
sorting/filtering functions have been improved
so much that I can use the data in many ways
I hadn’t even thought of before.

I
also really like the letter functions.
Although I had fashioned a semi-automated
method of creating letters from the data with
the earlier version, this version has already
saved me over 1 hour a day.

The
automatic calendaring of Trustee’s Sales to
Outlook is unbelievable.

The
map function, again, has saved me so much
time that I feel a little guilty. Chasing
these foreclosures used to be a lot of work.
Shark Bait now does all the work for me.
If
you agree that time is money, this program will
pay for itself the very first day you have it.
In fact, this version of Shark Bait is so good,
you could probably charge several thousand dollars
for it and it would probably pay for itself within
a month.
Because
most upgrades are designed only to fix “bugs”
in earlier versions, I was shocked by how good
this release is. It is light years beyond
the original and even further ahead of anything
else on the market.

began our foreclosure buying division from scratch

admit I was a bit skeptical having limited computer
skills. I was using one of those "dumb" database programs
provided by my foreclosure data service, but it only
allows me to view and edit the records. I had no idea
if there was any equity in their properties without
