Mailings
Our clever Mailing
Queue allows you to setup predetermined form letter groups, for
virtually every foreclosure mailing purpose. Set the frequency
you want each letter to be mailed (today, 7 days, 14 days, 21
days, whatever) and Shark Bait will automatically export all records
in the Mailing Queue on the appropriate date, for each letter
group. Just click on any record, select the Mailing Groups
you want to include it in, and forget it...Shark Bait will take
care of the rest and monitor who gets mailed, which letter, when! |
